CashCow4Me strives to provide its registered members with additional incentives for accepting offers by a variety of third party advertisers.
You must be 13 years of age or older to become a member. If You are between 13 and 17, You must obtain parental permission before signing up and using the services provided by CashCow4Me.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS(Please read the entire agreement)
You ("You" or "Member") must agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement ("Agreement") in order to start using the services offered by CashCow4Me.
If You do not fully accept these terms or our privacy statement, You should not use this website. If You have any questions about the terms & Conditions, please contact us at support@cashcow4me.com.
"CashCow4Me" (or "we") may revise these terms in the future, at our sole discretion, by updating this web page. Unless otherwise indicated in the agreement, the revised terms will take effect at the time they are posted. Your continued use of this website's service will signify Your acceptance of the modified terms. Therefore, please review the terms and conditions section on this website on a regular basis.
1. MEMBER ELIGIBILITY
1A. AGE You must be 13 years of age or older. If You are between 13 and 17, You must obtain parental permission before using the services provided by CashCow4Me.
1B. RESIDENCE - To be eligible to become and maintain CashCow4me membership, You be a legal resident of the United States and have a physical mailing address in the United States. You must also maintain a valid e-Mail address.
2. ACCOUNT POLICIES
2A. ONE ACCOUNT PER MEMBER - All members may have one and only one account registered with CashCow4Me. CashCow4Me reserves the right to terminate duplicate accounts, resulting in the potential loss of accumulated earnings; ACCOUNTS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. CashCow4Me accounts are personal and cannot be transferred to other members or individuals. You must not allow anyone else to use Your account for any purposes, including accruing earnings, receiving payments, etc. You agree to keep Your password secret and not to allow anyone else to use it to access Your account. CashCow4Me will not be liable for any losses incurred through the use of a member's account by a third party.
2B. MINIMUM ACTIVITY LEVEL. To maintain Your account, You must earn cash in Your CashCow4Me account at least once in any continuous six-month period. We reserve the right to terminate Your account at any time, if this activity level is not met, resulting in the loss of any accumulated earnings
2C. ACCURATE PERSONAL INFORMATION. You must provide CashCow4Me with valid contact and residential information and promptly update such information should it change. To confirm payment recipients, for legitimate tax-related purposes, or for any other reason required by applicable law, CashCow4Me reserves the right to request verification of, and member agrees to be subject to verification of, any of the information provided by member for enrollment. CashCow4Me reserves the right to terminate any account, and associated membership, containing untruthful information.
2D. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS. By signing up for CashCow4Me, You are opting-in to receive the CashCow4Me newsletters and other special offer emails. If You wish not to receive these emails, You may opt-out at any time, by updating Your Account Information.
2E. SECURITY. Member shall not tamper, hack, spoof, copy, modify, or otherwise corrupt the administration, security, or proper function of any part of CashCow4Me.com. Member shall not use robots or scripts with CashCow4Me. Violators will not only have their membership terminated immediately and may lead to legal action.
2F. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION.
You may choose to cancel Your membership at anytime by contacting CashCow4Me. CashCow4Me at its sole discretion and for any reason or no reason at all may terminate any Member without prior notice for any violation of any provision of this Agreement acting against the business interests or reputation of CashCow4Me otherwise acting unlawfully in relationship to CashCow4Me breach of our Spamming Policy; inactivity (defined as the failure to earn any cash in Your CashCow4Me account) for a continuous six-month period) any other reason at the discretion of CashCow4Me Terminated members cannot re-enroll or join under a new account unless formally invited to do so by CashCow4Me. Members that choose to re-enroll will not receive credit for any earnings accumulated using a previous account.
2G. YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO CASHCOW4ME. By filling out the membership information, You are applying to receive a service. Your relationship to CashCow4Me is one of an independent contractor and/or customer. No employee-employer relationship is created by Your use of the any services provided by CashCow4Me. You are fully responsible for filing local, state, or federal or any other taxes if applicable on any compensation received as a result of Your participation in the Service. When/If Your annual earnings through the CashCow4Me Service reaches $250.00, CashCow4Me may request Your Social Security number and other appropriate tax-related information to use to comply with federal and state tax regulations. CashCow4Me may not pay out credits earned in excess of the $250 limit without receiving this information from You.
3. OFFERS AND ADVERTISERS
3A. ONE CREDIT PER OFFER PER ACCOUNT - A user may only receive credit for an offer once per account. Unless otherwise noted in the offer, You will receive earnings only for the first time You successfully complete any given offer. Members must initiate completing the offer by clicking on the "Complete" or "Resubmit" button for that particular offer, and complete the offer as directed by the third party advertiser.
3B. OFFER TRACKING SYSTEM - To "Complete" an offer, you must fulfill the registration requirements unique to the offer. For credit card offers, you must be approved for and activate that credit card by making a purchase, balance transfer or cash advance to "complete" the offer. Once You press on the "Complete" button for an offer, the offer will show as 'Pending' in "Account Status" tabs. Once we receive confirmation from the third party advertiser that You have completed the conditions of the offer (this could take up to 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the offer sponsor), the offer will show as "Approved" in "Account Status". When You accrue earnings exceeding the minimum payout level, you will see a "Request Payment" button in the "Account Status" tab. Upon clicking it, you will see that all previously "Approved" offers will now be showing as "To Be Paid". Within 5 working days CashCow4Me will issue the payment and the offers will be displayed only under the "Payment History" tab with "Paid" status.
3C. NO PAYMENT GUARANTEE: CashCow4Me does NOT guarantee that a member will receive credit for a completed offer. CashCow4Me makes all reasonable efforts to track and report account activity correctly but does not guarantee the precision of the process. CashCow4Me reserves the right to refuse to credit members for offers for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to lack of appropriate information, improper sign-up, improper browser settings, omissions in third party reporting, and/or any other reason.
3D. OFFER TRACKING PERIOD - CashCow4Me will discontinue tracking pending offers for which the third party advertiser has not provided confirmation within 3 months of offer submission marked by member's clicking the "Complete" button on the CashCow4Me website. If you 'resubmit' an offer, that will not reset the initial submission date that determines the start of the 3 month period.
3E. OFFER CONTENT - CashCow4Me does NOT guarantee the accuracy of any content published on the CashCow4Me website related to offers, products, services provided by any third party advertiser. The information displayed on CashCow4Me is only our interpretation and summary of advertisers offers, which may become outdated or inaccurate. Please refer to the actual terms and conditions of the offers as posted on the website of the third party advertiser.
3F. YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH ADVERTISERS. You complete all offers through advertisers at Your own risk. Your relationship with merchants or advertisers whom CashCow4Me delivers offers for, including payment for and delivery of related goods or services, entry into and operation of promotions, discounts or contests, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between You and such merchant or advertiser. You agree not to hold CashCow4Me liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings or as a result of content provided by CashCow4Me related to offers from such merchants or advertisers.
4. ACCOUNT BALANCE AND PAYMENTS
4A. ACCOUNT BALANCE - Your account will maintain any unpaid earnings as long as You follow the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the minimum activity clause.
4B. DELAYS IN RERORTING - CashCow4Me is not responsible for delays in reporting account status and member earnings. Please allow at least 3 weeks from offer completion before You contact CashCow4Me with a request to investigate why an offer may still be showing as pending in Your account summary. In most cases this delay will be due to belated reporting from third party advertisers. In case You have to contact us, please have an electronic copy of all information supporting Your case. Please note that, as described above, CashCow4Me reserves the right to deny credit for any offer.
4C. PAYPAL PAYMENTS - Members who have accrued 'Approved' earnings of at least $25 dollars are eligible to receive their money through a PayPal payment. Every week an email will be sent to all qualifying members with simple instructions on how to receive their money. Basically, in order to prevent miscommunications and costly mistakes, before the actual payment is issued, You will be asked to login to CashCow4Me.com and accept the payment details - payment amount and registered PayPal email address. Then Your money will be transferred to Your PayPal account within a couple days.
4D. CHECK PAYMENTS - Members who have accrued 'Approved' earnings of at least $50 dollars are eligible to receive payments through check. Please note that CashCow4Me will charge an additional $5 shipping and handling fee per check. In order to prevent miscommunications and costly mistakes, before the actual payment is sent to You through United States Postal Service, You will be asked to login to CashCow4Me.com and accept the payment details - including Your mailing address and payment amount. Once You've confirmed with us, the check will be mailed to You within a couple days.
4E.INCORRECT PAYMENT INFORMATION - CashCow4Me is not responsible for lost payments or communications due to Your failure to provide CashCow4Me with valid contact or payment information
5. CUSTOMER SERVICE
5A. CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE - Due to the volume of customer service requests, CashCow4Me does not offer a telephone number for users to call about questions with their CashCow4Me account or orders. All questions, comments, and concerns should be sent via email to our email addresses posted in this agreement or on the FAQ portion of the website. To ensure security, users should only email from the address with which they signed up for CashCow4Me. CashCow4Me reserves the right to block any email address.
5B. RESPONSE TIMES - Users should allow at least 48 hours on weekdays and realize that CashCow4Me will not be able to respond to emails sent on weekends and holidays until the next business day.
6.GENERAL DISCLAIMERS
6A. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASHCOW4ME EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. CASHCOW4ME MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE.
6B. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER CASHCOW4ME NOR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, PUBLISHERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL CASHCOW4ME'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO ANY MEMBER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE EARNING'S CASHCOW4ME OFFERS AS AN ADDITINAL INCENTIVE FOR A PARTICULAR THIRD PARTY PROMOTION.
